Personal/business data the system currently stores
- Enquiry data: company, contact name, work email, machine/control, workload and optional message submitted through the website
- Account data: name, email, company association, role
- Order data: order and part records, quantities, target machine selection, optional material/thickness/production notes you provide
- Uploaded files: part source geometry (STEP/IGES), PDF reference documents, and the production outputs (NC code, setup sheets, DXF unfolds) generated for you
- Communication records: technical questions and revision requests exchanged with iBendify through the Portal
- Basic access/audit records for security and delivery traceability (e.g. who downloaded a file, when)
Fields required before this page can be published
- Data controller identity and contact details (the legal entity from the Impressum)
- Data protection officer, if one is appointed
- Exact data retention periods per data category
- Process for exercising GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) and expected response time
- Supervisory authority for complaints
- Confirmation of final hosting/subprocessor regions (see Subprocessors page)
