Operational facts already true of the service
- Revision requests on a delivered order are accepted within a 14-day window from delivery.
- File format/signature checks at upload validate the file itself; they do not certify manufacturability or machine/postprocessor compatibility for your specific setup.
- Production outputs are delivered through the Client Portal after an explicit internal review, not automatically upon upload.
- Commercial terms (pricing, volume, SLAs) are agreed individually per client contract — there is no public self-serve pricing today.
